This motor / engine : The Story

This was in a 48 Bonanza and the guy wants more power!

So in 1950 he yanks it and puts it in a box that the new E225 came in, puts it on shelf in Santa Rosa CA.
For 60 Years!!!! Pickeled! Paraffin and Oil

I bought it for my Bonanza 35 but it never needed it.

The engine is just as I got it and the hardware was in the box, I kept the oil cooler. Not a spot of tarnish or rust. Not wiped down. Untouched for 60 years.

This has the upgraded mounts for the E185 8-11. Your choice to use them. (AD: Service Advisory-Very Confusing info on the mounts, vibration at certain RPM issues,)

Look at the pictures below. Never removed from the box. Rags are what they were whapped in. Stored 18 mths in my heated and A/C Warehouse.
